# Awards

At Frontier Virtual Airlines, we recognize dedication, consistency and excellence. Our awards system is designed to motivate pilots and celebrate milestones within the airline.

## Current Awards

Here is a list of our current awards.

    Awarded to the **first 25 pilots** who complete a successful PIREP with the airline. This award recognizes the pioneers who helped establish our VA.

    Awarded to pilots who achieve a landing rate between **-100 FPM and -150 FPM**.
