Founding Pilot Awarded to the first 25 pilots who complete a successful PIREP with the airline. This award recognizes the pioneers who helped establish our VA. 1st Flight Awarded to pilots who complete their first successful flight (PIREP) with the VA. 10 Flights Awarded to pilots who complete 10 successful flights . 50 Flights Awarded to pilots who complete 50 successful flights . 100 Flights Awarded to pilots who complete 100 successful flights . Perfect Landing Awarded to pilots who achieve a landing rate between -100 FPM and -150 FPM . Future Awards Additional awards may be introduced in the future, including:
Focus Airport;
Special Event Participation Awards;
Seasonal or Limited-Time Awards;
